Minor Tattoo Policy
Our studio upholds a strict minor policy that must be followed in order for any person under the age of 18 years old to receive a tattoo. This page will go into extra detail on all requirements that must be met in order to proceed with our tattoo services.

Here are the most important things you'll need to know
Legal Documents
We require the following:
-Parent's or Legal Guardian's ID
-Minor's Photo ID
-Minor's Birth Certificate
Consultation
Before we proceed with scheduling a tattoo appointment, we require a consultation with the minor and the legal guardian to ensure all parties are in agreeance about the tattoo. To book the consultation we require a $50 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will either go towards the cost of the tattoo or cover time spent during the consultation if an agreement is not reached.
Restrictions
-Our minimum age to receive a tattoo is 16 years old
-We will not perform any large or highly visible tattoos on minors. (i.e Hands, Face, Neck)

Some things to note
Although the parent or legal guardian has the final say in the placement and design of the minor's tattoo, please understand that we may halt the tattoo process if there are conflicting opinions between the guardian and minor.

Tattoos are a lifelong commitment, and there are many factors that we evaluate whenever creating a tattoo such as size, placement, legibility, etc.

If a minor and parent are not in agreeance about the design, our artists may suggest waiting until the minor is of adult age before committing to a decision that is so permanent.
